  • Same Day Delivery (for Kathmandu Valley, orders placed before 12 PM)

9. What happens if I am not available to receive my order?

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will make a second attempt. If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package will be returned to Pahura ghar , and we will contact you for further instructions.

To request a refund, contact our customer support team with your order details. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
